Fulcrum-DS makes the process of suspending students much easier for the schools.

For example, the Fulcrum system looks up student demographics for the school administrators automatically - all they need is the student's name or ID number. This keeps the school administrators from having to re-type a student's race, gender, date of birth, etc. whenever they need to suspend someone.

Another frequent problem that administrators encounter when suspending students is trying to figure out if a Special Education student has already been suspended for ten days this year. The Fulcrum system solves this problem by showing the administrators the student's Special Education status and the number of days the student has been suspended this year.

Fulcrum-DS will help school administrators make sure the suspension information is accurate. The system will notify them of any problems before the information is sent in to the central office. Central Office administrators will be able to rest assured that their suspension data is much more accurate than it was without Fulcrum-DS.
